Miss Woodward qualified from Kings College Hospital, London in 1995 with distinction. She spent most of her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in the South East, spending time at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Kings College Hospital, Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton and The Medway Maritime Hospital amongst others.

Zoë is an expert and has gained further qualifications in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery (keyhole), colposcopy (assessment and treatment of abnormal smears), vulvoscopy (assessing vulval and vaginal symptoms), and early pregnancy and gynaecological ultrasound.

She works within East Kent Health Authority NHS Foundation Trust and has been a consultant since 2009. She has NHS gynaecology, colposcopy and rapid access clinics at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury.

She enjoys an active social life with her family and 2 dogs. She regularly competes in middle and long distance triathlon, running and bike events.
